Membership Pricing
Star City Medical utilizes an efficient, financially reasonable membership plan to our patients, ensuring they receive the best value and affordable treatment in the Roanoke valley. Here’s how it works. Instead of paying for every visit, procedure and certain medication, we charge a low monthly fee. This fee gives you full access to a wide range of services such as suturing, EKGs, ultrasound, joint injections, skin biopsy and several oral antibiotics. We have secured the most competitive cash prices for medications, labs, imaging and pathology. We handle payments to our partners, eliminating the hassle for you. If a service is not included in your membership, you will receive an automated online invoice, ensuring you never have to worry about tracking down bills. Of course, you can choose to use your insurance for those additional services if you prefer, and we are happy to assist you with that.
As part of our mission to be transparent with our patients, we have detailed the pricing of our services for members. We are happy to work with you on payment plans including billing monthly, quarterly or annually. However, a six-month commitment is required. - One Time Enrollment Per Patient or Family: $155
- Waived with upfront annual enrollment
- College Students: $35
- Must have be full-time and have a valid ID
- Ages 16 – 24: $45
- Ages 25 – 39: $65
- Ages 40 – 49: $70
- Ages 50 – 65: $75
- Child Sick Visit: $20
- We are happy to do sick visits for our members’ children, but please know that this does not include primary care services.
- House Call Plan: $350
- This includes home visits and telemedicine as needed, within our service area
Non-Membership Pricing
Star City Medical offers a flexible non-member fee-for-service option to cater to individuals who require medical care but do not wish to commit to a membership. This approach allows patients to access high-quality healthcare services on a pay-as-you-go basis, providing them with the freedom to receive the medical attention they need without the obligations of a long-term contract. Whether it’s routine check-ups, sick visits, annual physicals or lab work, Star City Medical’s non-member option ensures that top-notch medical care is accessible to all.

In-House Pharmacy Rates
Star City Medical provides a comprehensive in-house pharmacy service, designed to enhance patient convenience and ensure seamless continuity of care. This integration allows patients to fill their prescriptions immediately following their medical consultations, eliminating the need to visit an external pharmacy. Lab Services
An important part of medical care includes having lab work done. That’s because your blood can reveal a lot about your overall health and wellness. At Star City Medical, we believe having blood work done helps us, as your providers, make the best diagnosis and treatment plans for you. It can also provide insight into how your body, specifically your organs, are functioning to detect any disease or chronic conditions before symptoms worsen.
